Learning to Pace

It was a pretty laid back run. There wasn't a whole lot of pain, however I was trying to push myself on the second mile today. I got that heart rate way up again, and I am not sure at this point that it is me pushing myself or just my body being out of shape. :)

After pulling the data from my watch it is clear I was cruising at a good pace on the second mile. I hope that my times and rates start dropping as I add swimming back into the mix tomorrow. Then my heart will be getting a workout by my legs will get a day to relax and loosen up. Here is the data from my run today.
