Man is it sunny out

This morning I headed out to the trail behind our temp house and started my run into the blinding sun. It had been bright before, but maybe I was not fully awake this morning and it is like when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and you hate to turn the lights on for fear of blinding yourself. That is what it was like ...

So I ran with my head down for awhile until I got some shade from some trees and kept on trucking. Overall a pretty decent run. Still waiting for my replacement HR chest strap so no HR data, but speed data is here:

Overall
2 mile run
.2 mile walk - cooldown
avg hr: ??? bpm (max of ??? bpm)
avg speed: 6.9 mph (max of 9.0 mph)

1st mile - 8:14 min
avg hr: ??? (max of ??? bpm)
   avg speed: 7.4 mph

2nd mile - 7:24 min
avg hr: ??? (max of ??? bpm)
   avg speed: 8.1 mph

Overall I was pretty happy with the run and felt good. Tomorrow I hit the water again ... it has been too long!
