I only had about 25 minutes as it turned out and I tried to stay aerobic, but I was pushing too hard. My HR was up there and I was moving. For the first time in awhile I felt like I belonged in the water.

4 x 150 on 3:00 each
3 x 100 on 2:00 each (held 1:30 in meters!)

     Only 900 stinking meters because the old ladies took over the pool in the shallow end. They told me I could swim in the deep end .. who were they kidding. They could have easy left one lane open for me to swim in ... I am in freaking Newton, IA for pete's sake, not the middle of a busy city .... there were like 7 of them ... oh well I did get some swimming in and that is what counts.
