Lifting is in the picture
Well I finall got a day to incorporate lifting. however that was due to the fact that I never made it to spinning or running today. I tried to get to bed early but I laid there ... awake ... until 1am. there was no way I was going to survive on 4 hours of sleep by going to a 5 am spinning class.
So I shifted gears and headed to the machines. I worked abs and legs sinc eI shoudl have been doing that with this mornings workouts. I am just kind testing out different exercises right now to try and develop a program. Once I have that worked out I will start posting those. The one thing I am going to do is keep the weight down and the reps high in order to keep flexibility. I don't really want to build muscle mass, I just want to focus on keeping my muscles long and flexible. Swimming is on the schedule for tomorrow.
