Driftwood

Well that pretty much describes how my legs felt in the water. My legs were dead in the water, so the workout consisted of 110% upper body. Not a terrible thing since that is what I want to do in any race. Kick as little as possible to reserve that power for the bike and run.

Just did a quick workout. by quick I mean not a lot of sets or anything, just working on gaining more yards with each workout.

500 - 1:00 min rest
400 - 1:00 min rest
300 - 1:00 min rest
200 - 1:00 min rest
100 - 1:00 min rest
300 cool down

1800 Total Yards

See ... not a lot to it, just getting in the yardage and trying to keep increasing with each workout. Pretty exhausted now, but looking forward to the benfits this training will provide, like more energy :)
