Am I done yet?

So 45 minutes of spinning ... how will it affect my run. Well as it turns out it was not to terrible. It took about a mile to get into a good rythm, and of course going slightly downhill did not hurt at that point. I found that once I got going my heart rate seemed pretty stable and having my legs being pretty worn out helped slow down my pace to stay in an aerobic range.

The stats from the run are below:

Overall
1.93 mile run (had to stop before the huge hill crippled me)
.17 mile walk - cooldown
avg hr: 180 bpm (max of 196 bpm)
avg speed: 5.4 mph (max of 6.8 mph)

1st mile - 10:51 min
avg hr: 176 (max of 191 bpm)
   avg speed:5.4 mph

1.93 mile - 9:47 mile pace
avg hr: 190 (max of 196 bpm)
   avg speed:6.1 mph

So the time for the first mile was close to what I started out with on Sat. The second mile pace was a minute quicker than the first mile, and I felt really good during that portion, although as the end of the run came up I could feel some serious fatigue. I felt alot better than I thought I woudl after that spinning class, I just didn't know how my legs would respond and surprisingly they did quite well. So now it is 8ish am and I am get to sit down the rest of the day. Somehow I am looking forward to it .... can't imagine why :)
