Spinning up the mountain
Well I went in at 5am and joined my fellow spinners. I was pretty sore going in to this, especially my quads, but no pain no gain! After getting warmed up my legs felt right at home. It was a tough workout and I was pretty much zapped after it, but I can chalk up another 45 minutes of training in the books.
It's funny, 45 minutes does not sound like a lot of time when you say it, but when you are participating in a nice spinning torture session, 45 minutes is forever. My legs felt strong today though surprisingly since I hammered them pretty good on Tuesday and I was still sore this morning. I am guessing probably only another week or sore of soreness before my body settles in to this routine. After spinning today I came straight home and jumped into my running attire. No rest for the weary!
