Hurry up and swim

     So I wrap up this full throttle week with a crunch for time because I have to squeeze in swimming earlier than I had planend to get on a conference call for work. I just hate it when work interfere's with my workout plans :)

     So I tried to knock this workout out as fast as I could as well as not do a whole lot of yards in any one set :) A very tricky thing to do. 40 x 50's would have been too boring and 2 x 1,000's and 4 x 500's just didn't peak my interest. So I went with the following:

4 x [2 x 200yds, 1 x 100 yds - 45 seconds rest after each one]

2000 yds total

     The good news is at the end of this workout and the end of this weak, there is not too much of my body that is not sore. That means the transformation has begun. Now I plan to take a nice weekend off (Sat run cancelled due to travel plans) and fire it back up again on Monday where I have a run and swim scheduled for that day.
