The comeback
Back at it? Well kind of. Just trying to get in some quality swims and here is how I rolled up this one ...
Warm-up:
-300 Swim
-200 IM (Drill)
-100 Kick
-200 pull
Main Set:
-Repeat 3 Times:
+150 swim, faster each 50 - 10 second rest
+50 swim at race pace on :45s
+100 swim on 1:45m
200 Pull
4 x 50 on 1:00m, build into each 50
200 Cooldown
Back to the grind ...
